Dr. Christian Graup
Dr. Christian Graup is co-founder and CEO of aiio GmbH. As an expert in process management, enterprise knowledge, and AI-supported knowledge architectures, he has spent many years addressing how organizations can structure their knowledge without contradictions and make it operationally usable.
Under his leadership, aiio GmbH has developed into a pioneer in Organizational Intelligence. Certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 and a member of both the German AI Association (KI-Bundesverband e.V.) and Bitkom e.V., aiio helps shape the standard for secure and auditable enterprise AI.
Together with Jobst von Heintze, he is co-author of the work Organizational Intelligence, which establishes the category of the Organizational Intelligence Platform (OIP) both scientifically and practically.

Jobst von Heintze
Jobst von Heintze is co-founder, CMO, and Head of AI Innovation at aiio GmbH. His work focuses on digital transformation, B2B software architectures, and building organizational memory systems to reduce query latency and knowledge risk in complex organizations.
Jobst von Heintze actively contributes to leading industry and regulatory initiatives—including the practical implementation of Guideline A5 of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI AI Audit and Assurance Assessment Architecture) and the proposed European Cloud and AI Development Act (CADA).
Together with Dr. Christian Graup, he conceptualized the maturity model and the formal core of Organizational Intelligence.
